I am a wife and mother to Grayson and Kennedy. After having children, I was tired of hearing that my body was never going to be the same. I became dedicated to fitness and nutrition to challenge myself. Throughout my journey, I have learned how to overcome so many of the common obstacles that women face along their way to healthier minds and bodies. I believe my combination of a working mother of two and certified nutrition and fitness coach helps me relate to and help any motivated woman looking to change her life!
