Spring Challenge 2021


Let’s grow together in 2021! The #FBKLetsGrow Spring Challenge is an 8-week full-body workout program designed to help you reach your goals through 5 intensive strength training days and 3 cardio sessions each week. Give yourself a chance to flourish alongside a coach, or take on #FBKLetsGrow on your own.

The 2021 Spring Challenge includes both gym-based and at-home versions of the program so you can get your workout in, wherever you are. You’ll also get access to an extensive workout video library, a supportive online community, an exclusive 2021 Spring Challenge t-shirt, and the official FBK Handbook that’s yours to keep (forever).

The Spring Challenge begins on April 12, 2021. Last day to sign up is Sunday, April 11, 2021.

Looking for a little extra motivation and support? Partner up with a coach hand-selected by Katy. Get weekly check-ins and personalized adjustments, plus access to a forum full of like-minded women going after their goals.

Prefer to do it on your own? We’ve got you. Our uncoached challenge still comes with all the good stuff, like access to a private video library of workouts and more.

Due to the overwhelming volume of interest in the Coached Challenge, spots are limited and typically sell out quickly.
