The #FBKFierce Fall Challenge is an 8-week, totally transformative, full-body workout program. The challenge is designed to help you reach your full potential through 5 intensive strength training days and 3 cardio sessions each week. Become your strongest self alongside a coach, or take on #FBKFierce solo to push yourself to the limit.

The #FBKFierce Fall Challenge comes with access to gym-based and at-home versions that you can switch between throughout the challenge, an extensive workout video library, a supportive online community, and the official FBK Handbook that’s yours to keep even after the challenge is over.

Prefer to do it on your own? We’ve got you. Our uncoached challenge still comes with all the good stuff, like access to a private video library of workouts and more.
