With Weight & Rep Tracking you will now be able to log each completed set with the number of reps and weight lifted. We save your stats so that the next time you go into that exercise, you’ll know exactly what you lifted previously.
HOW DO I TRACK MY SETS?
After choosing your daily workout from the workout generator, you can easily add sets and log your reps as you complete them, or you can do it all at once when you’ve completed each exercise. We didn’t forget about timed reps! Track your progress to the second for each set, and get back to what matters - your workout!
