
Hey, Fit Fam! As you may have noticed, the app and the website both got a serious upgrade. We’ve rounded up everything you need to know about the app update and accessing the Camp FBK Summer Challenge:
Q: Where can I access the Camp FBK Summer Challenge?
A: You'll be able to access the home version of the Summer Challenge right up at the top of the Work Out tab in your app. You should see a picture of Katy, the text #CampFBK Summer Challenge, and a button that says "WORK OUT." Tap that button to get started!
To access the gym version of the challenge, scroll down the same screen to your list of workouts. As long as you're running the latest version of the app, you should see a colorful card that says "Summer Gym." Tap this card to access the gym version of the challenge! If that card doesn't appear at the top of your list, try scrolling down to the bottom of the screen.
Q: I just logged into the app using my phone number and I don’t see programs I previously purchased. What’s going on?
A: Don’t worry! Your programs are still safe and sound. Instagram recently removed the ability to log in to other apps with an Instagram login, which is why you were prompted to log in with your phone number. If you used to log in with Instagram or Facebook and are not able to see your purchased programs, contact support through the profile section of the app and we’ll make sure all your programs are restored within 24-48 hours.
Q: Why can't I log in with my Instagram account?
A: If you previously logged into the FIT By Katy app using your Instagram account, you will now be prompted to provide your phone number. This is due to a recent Instagram update that no longer allows users the ability to log into other apps using their Instagram account. Unfortunately, it's something we don't have control over.
If this change temporarily impacted your ability to log in or caused purchased programs to disappear from your account, rest assured that everything you have previously purchased is being restored and will appear in the app.

Q: I don’t see a “Select” button on the Home option in the Workout Generator. What do I do?
A: We’ve got a fix for that! Update your app either by fully closing it and reopening, or by tapping the Profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the app, then tapping the gray Update button on the My Account page. You’ll be able to access the Workout Generator Home option just like normal.
Q: I'm not receiving emails from FBK.
A: If you're not receiving FIT By Katy emails, you'll need to resubscribe to our mailing list.

Q: Where can I claim my t-shirt?
A: You'll see a pop-up in the app that prompts you to provide your t-shirt information. You'll have until July 20th to claim your t-shirt!
Q: How can I update my email?
A: You can update your email right from your profile inside the app. Just tap the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner! Once on the Account screen, you can edit your email below by tapping on the email field in your profile.
