The #FBKcelebr8 challenge offers a coached and an uncoached version. While both come with the best strength training program around, each option is a little different. So, what’s best for you?  

If you are looking for a little more accountability…

Then the coached challenge is the right pick for you! Our coaches, handpicked by Katy, are here to motivate and inspire you, as well as cheer you on to go for one more rep. Our coaches are experts, so if you’re newer to counting macros or need advice to get the most out of your training, they’ll be right by your side during the entire 8 weeks to answer any questions that come up in your weekly check-in.

For our coached challenge, you’ll check in with your coach once every week. Being honest with yourself and your coach is the key to seeing results. The coaches will be your biggest cheerleaders, but will also challenge you with a little tough love.

If you want to focus on nutrition...

Macros got your head spinning? Our coaches will help you understand and set your macros so that you’ll be able to smash your goals. We encourage you to use the My Fitness Pal app to track your meals which allows your coach to see exactly where you might be struggling. Maybe you’re not getting enough protien or can’t seem to hit your carb macro count, your coach can adjust as needed and help find the right combination for you.  Nutrition is a huge part of the #FBKCelebr8 challenge. With a coached challenge, you’ll be sure to get on the right track in the kitchen so you’ll see results in the gym.

If you are working around old injuries...

If you’re struggling with a particular exercise within the program or are experiencing any discomfort doing something, tell your coach. They will be able to help you find an alternative that works for you. Being able to execute the workouts correctly and safely is the key to progress. There are plenty of modifications available for every move to make sure you’re still getting the benefit without injury. Fitness isn’t one size fits all, but our coaches can tailor #FBKCelebr8 to meet you where you are.

If you need an added support system...

Our coached version gives you accountability and something to look forward to each week: checking in. This extra motivation will not only keep you on track, but you’ll be able to share struggles with someone whose been in your shoes before. All of our coaches understand how hard it can be to juggle work, school, and family all while staying on top of their health & fitness. Be honest during your check-ins so your coach can help you succeed and find the balance we all need in life.

If you like to challenge yourself on a daily basis…

Then the uncoached challenge is perfect for you! Our #FBKcelebr8 challenge comes with easy-to-follow weekly workouts for any fitness level. These are made for both the gym and at home, giving you the option to rotate between each depending on where you want to get a sweat in that day. 

If you're no stranger to the gym...

Choose uncoached if the hardest part about getting a workout in is not knowing what the heck to do. Remove the guesswork and jump into a full 8-week plan designed to help you increase both muscle strength and muscular endurance. No more wandering around the gym or doing the same workout every time. With the #FBKCelebr8 challenge, you’ll keep your body guessing giving you that push to break out of your workout plateau. 

Or if you're just getting started and want to ease into it...

Working with a coach can be intimidating and a lot all at once, we get it. Ease into it by just getting started with a plan and consistency. The #FBKCelebr8 challenge is for all fitness levels and you can take each workout at your own pace. Plus, you’ll still have the support of the #FBKFitFam when you need a little accountability. We’re all in this together!

If you've worked with a coach previously...

Choose the uncoached option if this isn’t your first rodeo. Take the knowledge you learned when working with a coach before and apply it to this new challenge. Tap back into the tips and tricks your coach shared with you previously and bring them to this challenge. This is your opportunity to crush some of those PRs from the last challenge and level up. You’ll not only have your cake but can eat it too!

And no matter what you choose...
