As the Social Media Coordinator at Undefined, LLC. you would be focused on working with the social media team to grow the presence of Onyx + Rose as well as FIT by Katy on social media. You will report directly to the Sr. Content Strategist. Your communication with thousands (and with your help, millions) of followers, will make a difference in the wellness of women globally.

You will be key in organizing and expanding the volume of content for the Onyx + Rose and FIT by Katy social media channels. Producing quality content and engaging with our audience and customers is priority number one. We are seeking someone who can help strategize from a high-level brand position as we scale both brands, as well as someone who can tactically execute on a granular level. 


  • Grow social media audience across all channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
  • Manage brand reputation and social listening and escalate any findings
  • Seek opportunities to engage with industry advocates and experts
  • Create conversation and develop relationships with O+R customers based on the brand’s voice and tone
  • Manage analytics platforms and continuously optimize for success
  • Assist in developing promotional strategy
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
  • Help manage customer service related discussions through social channels
  • Research and track competitor brands’ social presence 
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute story takeovers with influencers and coaches
  • Manage final quality review of social media posts and publish according to the social calendar 
  • Create, manage, and organize proper user generated content permissions to build the content libraries for both brands
  • Assist in strategies for joining and growing the audiences for both brands on new platforms like TikTok
  • Assist Sr. Content Strategist, Partnership Manager and Community Manager with prospecting and onboarding new influencers
  • Assist Community Manager with social listening 
  • Measure the success of every organic social media campaign
  • Provide fresh and thoughtful insights on the content produced by both brands on social media 
  • Coordinate and manage giveaways on Instagram


  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in social media or marketing role
  • Experience managing and developing content
  • Proven experience in crafting content for brands or social accounts
  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be an energetic self-starter, willing to learn, show attention to detail, and possess excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to function independently and be flexible for interruptions and changing priorities
  • Some experience with photo editing or design direction preferred 
  • Personal passion for health, wellness, and skincare preferred
